There is plus some

Could you help me with this construction used with SOME

Are these sentences ok?

1) There is SOME pen on the table.
2) There is not SOME pen on the table.
3) Is there SOME pen on the table?

Plus another question.

Is it og to use countable after THERE IS NO

There is no pen on the table.

The problem is that some people say that THERE IS NO should be used only with uncountable, however, sometimes I can see the opposite. What do you think?
