"There is" or "there are"?

When writing a report, for example emphasizing no more further cases of such happening

Should I use "There is no more cases" or there are no more cases" or should it be There was no more case" or There were no more cases"

It is very confusing to me on which one to use.

Thank You in advance

Use the plural.

Singular would be something like "I found (could find) no other case." (Plural would work here too.)
