Dear teachers! Are the following sentences correct, and do they sound natural to your ears?

1. There is no facts on violations, which are known about at the present time.

2. While being divorced, he has a young daughter.

Here is natural English.

1. No facts about violations are known at the present time.

2. Although divorced, he has a young daughter.

I don't understand this logic. I'd just say eg He is divorced and has a young daughter.
