Is this sentence correct English?

"And there is no easy answer as to how you can minimize the occurrences of bullying"

Simon: Many usage books would recommend that you drop the "as to." Simply write: There is no easy answer how to minimize the occurrences of bullying.

I would advise you not to get into the habit of starting sentences with 'and'.

An occasional one is OK.
