There is ?just!!

Hi me again one more question about there is or there are thing
for a sentence which has two uncountable nouns linked together which should be used :
..............some bread and some cheese in the ref.
I know ''there is ''is absolutly possible but I dont know about there are if the second noun was a plural and countable then I could be sure but now that the second noun is also uncountable I doubt .
