There be sentences

If I say anything wrong, please bear with me. Being somebody who doesn't speak English as a mother language, I'll try my best.

It's fine to say there is a table and two chairs in the room.

But can I say there aren't any chairs and a table in the room? Someone asked me about this, it just didn't feel right. So I suggested him with "there aren't any chairs in the room ,and there isn't a table."

Now I want to know whether "there aren't any chairs and a table in the room?" is right or not. If not, how do I say it right.
