Some people think that money is considered as the most crucial factor that encourages employees pursuing a permanent job. From my perspective, although money plays an important role in employee retention , other elements are also necessary to stimulate them to maintain their work.
On the one hand, the high salary contributes to encouraging people to pursue their occupation because money helps them guarantee a better life. Many people always make unyielding endeavors to apply for a good job with high income, which helps them reduce the financial burden such as: household bills and living cost. Besides, they could purchase necessities such as food, accomodations and clothes by hard -earned cash from work . In modern life, Artificial Intelligence is the most popular sector in Viet Nam with the high income, even reaching 4000 dollars each month. This is the main reason why many youngsters are willing to deal with pressure along with a heavy workload to gain lucrative income to improve their living standard. In brief, many personnels have always prioritized their salaries above other elements of work with the ultimate aim to meet their basic needs as well as their living demands.
On the other hand, the working environment is an equally important factor that affects their options. Although many businesses are ready to hire them with lucrative income, they reject these proposals due to the lack of connection between colleagues. For some people, the feeling of satisfaction and happiness could encourage them to gain higher performance as well as make a long- term commitment for a profession. According to a recent research by Ha Noi university on motivation for staff of domestic companies in 2021, it indicated that the number of participants concerned more about the working environment, like the emotional connection or manager's attitude rather than the level of salary they get. In brief, the workplace could bring for people the feelings that money could not.
In conclusion, although money is a paramount factor behind workers' loyalty, the working environment also ensures the positive emotion for them not to change their jobs.
