Secondly, music is also a cure for depression and insomnia. People are recommended to listen to music without lyrics to help them fall asleep more easily. Thus, when people are spiritual, the benefits of music can help improve emotions.

Nowadays, global music has become increasingly popular and the role of traditional songs are underestimated. However, both should be appreciated equally. Modern music can help people, especially teenagers, approach new things and may not be behind the times. Meanwhile, traditional music is the place to preserve the unique cultural features of the nation and people. Therefore, protecting the unique characteristics of traditional music can not only help people respect the past but also serve as the foundation for future musical development. Reality has also proved that modern songs have national characteristics.

Taking all sectors into consideration, I strongly believe that people need music and traditional as well as modern music should be conserved and developed. I also hope that the world will have a variety of music if they attach much importance to both genres of music.
