Hail to all!

I know my question might be stupid, but anyway:
Are all of these options in this sentence correct: Yes, I have done it, though I haven't had many opportunities to repeat it since then/that time/I did it/I have done it?

The first three are correct. The last one is incorrect, unless you wish to say that the fact that you have done it is the reason you haven't had many opportunities to repeat it. If that sounds confusing, then just stick with the first three.
