I have saw many times the sentences commence by *I do have ...*. I'm not perfect in that language westerns name it English but also not very bad as well. So in your standpoint what can be the meaning of such sentences?

Do is used for emphasis and followed by an infinitive as usual: I do have many friends. = I really have many friends. He does like that song!
