"them" vs "those" vs "the ones"

I don't know how to use these words. For examples,

(1) I would like two apples.

(a) Could you send me them?

(b) Could you send me those?

(c) Could you send me the ones?

(2) Do they have apples in the shop?

(a) Yes, I saw them.

(b) Yes, I saw those.

(c) Yes, I saw the ones.

(3) Do you like dogs?

(a) Yes, I like them.

(b) Yes, I like those.

(c) Yes, I like the ones.

Which one is correct in each case?
