The/an impression

I got the impression that she wasn't very happy with her job.

I found the above sentence in the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English.

Is it possible to say, "I got an impression that she wasn't very happy with her job."?

If yes, what is the difference in nuance between the two sentences?
