Grammar

the/a radio

Hello,
I've read somewhere that we use 'the' with devices, e.g.
the radio
the television
the computer
the telephone
What about such sentences :
1. You should listen to a/the British radio every day (I don't mean any specific radio)
2. I often listen to the radio.
3. Do you have the radio at home?

Thank you for your help!
Kind regards.
