"the young soldier was taken to the hospital with serious wounds in the battlefield which he had received." In that sentence, i cannot find out which part is wrong. Please help me!!

Yes.
As originally written, it sounds like he received the battlefield, not the wounds.'Which' needs to follow 'wounds'.
