What is the different meaning between Those two bold words?

The second one is not grammatical.

Edit: Also, worst case should be two words. Because they work together to modify scenario, it would be worst-case scenario.

Hi - I'm female.

A scenario is a situation. It doesn't do anything. It doesn't install.

The worst-case scenario would have us installing
The worst-case scenario would require us to install
The worst-case scenario would be for us to have to install

What is the subject of "have to install"? Who has to install it? Not the scenario.
