Hi Volcano The use of the present perfect continuous (has been changing) does not necessarily indicate that the change is currently still in progress. With the present perfect (simple or continuous), it is never 100% clear whether the activity is still ongoing or not. The use of the present perfect continuous in your sentence would tend to suggest that the change is still in progress, however it is also possible that it isn't.
