The word "timing"

Hello All,
Is it OK to use the word "timing" or "timings" to mean the hours of operation?

I have seen people use it, though I have rarely heard native speakers use terms like "office timings" or "doctor's clinic timings", which are probably used more in Asian countries.

I would like to know if that usage is correct, and if native speakers do use it.

Thanks,
Prasanna

This is not natural English to me. The term I'm most familiar with is "opening hours".
