The word "practice"

In the James Bond movie Casino Royale this dialogue is exchanged between Mr. Bond and Solange:
- Can I give you a lift home? Bond says.
- That would really send him over the edge. I'm afraid I'm not that cruel, Solange replies.
- Well perhaps you just had a practice?

What does this sentence mean, particularly the word practice?

No, bond has not had *** with her. He is just meeting her for the first time. "out of practice" is referring to her saying "i'm afraid I'm not that cruel". It means perhaps she is out of practice being cruel to her husband.

In this scene, Bond is probably complimenting her attractiveness by giving off the idea that she must be quite the one in everyone's eye before she was with the other man.
