I want to know how common the word dysania is among native speakers? Is there a better substitute?

I've never heard, read or used it, to my knowledge. It's just hard to get up in the morning. I'm not a morning person. 'Lethargy' might work.

I've never heard of it. This is not surprising, as the only two dictionaries at onelook.com that list it are the Grandiloquent Dictionary and The Phrontistery - A Dictionary of Obscure Words. There are no citations for it in COCA.
