The word 'cut' pronunciation.
In some accents the word 'cut' is pronunced as /k?t/ rather than /k?t/, is this normal or bad English please?

Anonymousis this normalI'm told it's quite normal around Liverpool, but I'm not aware of anywhere in the U.S. where it's heard.
