The word "being" in the phrase "I think I'm being haunted."

Hello. Is the word "being" a helping verb in the sentence: "I think I'm being haunted."?

I'm asking it, because when I pronounce the phrase without adding contrast (in other words: without shifting stress for special meaning), I feel that the verb "think" and the adjective "haunted" gets the stress.
