Which one is correct?
a) The certificate of tax withholdings.
b) The withholding certificate.

Actually, I have only heard them referred to by their specific names. In Canada, it is a T4 slip ; in the US, it is a W-2 form , in Japan, it is a gensenchoshuhyo . I suggest ' Tax Withheld form '?
