The with specific names

When saying about book's titles, do you add "the"?
1. Read ____ Anna Karenina.
2. Read ____ Anna Kakenina book.

For the same matter how about other things with own names?
1. Go to ___ pacific.
2. Go to ____ pacific ocean/sea.
3. Go to ____ Abc clinic.
4. Go to ____ Abc.
5. Eat at ____ Oksha restaurant.
6. Eat at ____ Oksha.

Since the questions seem to be in pairs ... if Abc is a clinic, then the is not used:

Go to Abc.
Also, Oksha may actually be the name of the restaurant and not the owner:

You would generally tell someone to

Read Anna Karenina.
The word "read" usually implies a book–but if it's not, or it's not obvious, you could say

Read the [book/novel/essay], Anna Karenina.
"Read the book titled Anna Karenina" is correct, but probably not something you'd hear someone say.
