or anything else?

No idea, but the grammar at that website leaves something to be desired:

"Will" in this sense means desire or choice, and it refers to a person's desire or choice, so "will of alcohol" and "will of lies" are non-standard usage, but you can see the sense here: the desire for alcohol, or what alcohol makes you want; and the desire to lie, or what lies make you want.
