Which are correct:

1-If the weather forcast is anything to go by, the weather is supposed to be pretty bad in Boston right now.

2-If the weather forcast is anything to go by, the weather should be pretty bad in Boston right now.
3-If the weather forcast is anything to go by, the weather ought to be pretty bad in Boston right now.

4-If the weather forcast is anything to go by, the weather must be pretty bad in Boston right now.
5-If the weather forcast is anything to go by, the weather has to be pretty bad in Boston right now.

Well, for present conditions, I would not say "weather forecast." That is for the future conditions. Instead say "weather report."
Of course, if you only have yesterday's forecast, and not a current report, then any of these will do.
