(the) videos

Hi, is this sentence okay?

I would like to introduce you to my work by showing you videos I made for this purpose.

I decided not to insert the definite article before 'videos'. That's fine, right? (No videos have been mentioned until this sentence).

Clive, one quick follow-up question:

Even I have not mentioned these videos, what would adding "the" before videos do? The way that I understand, if I insert it, it means:
- they were either mentioned before
OR / AND
- it's all the videos that I have created (even if not mentioned, the "THAT" modifier serves to explain what videos I am referring to).

When you omit "the" it implies that not all the videos will be shown.
