"The versus A" Relative clause sentences

Hi! Could someone check these please. Thanks Fulvio
1. What is an animal that is loved by many people in Australia?
2. The kangaroo is an animal that is loved by many people in Australia.
For 2 "The" would be correct. Using "A" would be incorrect.
3. What is a fruit that has vitamin C?
4. Kiwi fruit is a fruit that has vitamin C.
5. The kiwi fruit is a fruit that has vitamin C.
For 4 and 5 should I leave out "The" or include "The"?

1, 2, 3, are OK. Use The for #2. In a context like this you could probably get away with #4, but #5 is better.
