The verbs ?Go,went,been

I liitle bit confused.Someone please help me.The sentence is this.' Do you go/went/been to this place before ? Which want to use ? I know anything start with Do or Does followed by infinitive.Example.Do they eat,Does she sleep.I know these sentences are correct.I mean can i use past tense?Example,' Do you went to this place before' or ' Do you been(I am not sure been can use for this sentence or not.Please guide me when to use been also ) to this place before '

These are correct:

Did you go / Have you gone to this place before ?

Use the past tense of 'do' for simple past, not the infinitive verb, and use the past participle with 'have' for the present perfect.

As Mr.Micawber pointed If you use "did" or "do" at the very beginning of the sentence you must use bare infinitive "go, ride, walk, talk" and not "went, rode, walked, talked".
With "have, has" at the beginning you must use third form also called past participle.
