The verb "to watch"

My question is about usage of the verb "to watch".

If I decide f.e. to open an internet-based tv with excursion videos over Oslo, can I call it "Watch Oslo"?

Is it clear and understandable? How does it sound for you ear?

I will be greatful for your help,
Peter
