the verb "see" in the present continuous tense

Hello teachers:

I'm not sure if both the sentences given below are correct or not. Please help me.

Here are the sentences:

1). Are you seeing what I am seeing right now?
2). Do you see what I see right now?

Thank you, teacher, for your response! I was confused because I had learnt that there are certain verbs that cannot be used in the progressive tenses and if they are, they start giving a different meaning. For example, "see" is also one of those verbs, but, now, I think what I had leant was just wrong.

No, there are few if any. 'See' is not one of them; 'know' may be.
