The verb 'notify'

I found this sentence on the internet and I found a ungrammatical part in it,
,and I'd like to know whether or not my thought is right.

source) The Franchisee shall notify the Franchisor any improvements which shall be made to the System to be useful to the operation of the Business.
my version) The Franchisee shall notify the Franchisor of any improvements which shall be made the System to be useful to the operation of the Business.

I added 'of' before 'any improvements'.
