The verb Have

I just want to ask.The verb ' Has or Have ', is it it always followed by past participle tense ? For example,' Has he taken his lunch ' is correct sentence I know.But can i say ' Has he took his lunch ' or ' Has he take his lunch ' ? Is it always the Has or Have followed by past participle ?

When 'have' is a helping verb, it is always followed by a past participle I have eaten lunch. I have had lunch. I have been eating lunch .

Don't forget that 'have' can also be a main verb:
