Veal is the meat of a young calf and presumably terpentini is a particular recipe, or refers to a type of sauce, but it's not one I'm familiar with and google failed to come up with any matches either so is your spelling correct? Or perhaps it is an invented name... Tab is a brand of soft drink.

Well, I'm afraid the term "terpentini" doesn't belong to cooking, must be a typo for "serpentini", which are pasta. So the taste must depend on the way you cook your veal... [pl]
