The using of 'grew up'

May I say like this?

(They refer to my cousin, I saw them 2months ago)

They grown quite fast, from the last time I saw them. It was around 2years ago.

Say, instead: They have grown so much since the last time I saw them. You could also say: They are growing so fast. They are much bigger than when I last saw them.

Say, instead:

They have grown so much since the last time I saw them.

You could also say:
They are growing so fast. They are much bigger than when I last saw them.

It seems that you changed from months to years. Also, leave a space after a number. Write 2 months, not 2months. Write 2 years, not 2years.
