The use of 'yet'

Hello,

Are the sentences with 'yet' in the middle correct?

The girls haven't yet had their breakfast.
The girls haven't yet eaten their breakfast.
The girls haven't had/eaten their breakfast yet.
Have the girls yet had their breakfast?
Have the girls yet eaten their breakfast?
Have the girls eaten/had their breakfast yet?

So 'yet' is not used in questions in this way. I mean in the middle of the sentence, right?
