The use of WOULD

This company is going to be bankrupt.

1) Why do you think so?

2) Why would you think so?

What is the different meaning when I use " would" instead of " do" in the above sentence?

Why do you think so? is more simple, direct, and neutral. The speaker wants a reason, or several reasons, why the listener believes the company is going to be bankrupt.
