The use of "very" in an exclamatory sentence

This car is very big. ? How big this car is!

I know the above rephrasing is right, but can you still use "very" in the exclamatory sentence, like "How very big this car is!"?

I've seen many sentences in the form of "How very nice of you to ...," but in a standard exclamatory form (e.g., "What a very big car this is!" or "How very big this car is!"), I don't remember seeing one.
