The use of true

Hi

Is the use of true natural here in everyday English?

The door/drawer/window is not true; please fix it properly.

Thanks,

Tom

It is correct without (certainly for me) being stunningly natural in the sense of something I would readily say. Most likely I would say "not straight" or "not flush", or whatever word was appropriate.
