The use of "time limits"

Hi,

Is this sentence OK, especially the use of "time limits"? Any suggestions are welcome.

He viewed himself as part-owner of the business and felt that there were no time limits on him as on the other employees.

(time limits = that he could come and go to the office any time)

Thanks,

Tom
