the use of the word 'early'

"I must find a type of exercise which I may practice without feeling burdened early in the morning or afternoon."

How can this sentence be improved?

Is...

"I must find a type of exercise which I can practice without feeling burdened in the early morning or the early afternoon"

a better alternative?

Please help me, thanx ^^

add comma after morning. Instead of MUST, try NEED, or IT IS IMPERATIVE. Must sounds too much like HAVE TO, and you want to stay from that when writing or typing!
