The use of "savvy", "play hardball", "power lunch" etc.

Hi

If you have got a few minutes could you please tell me if she is discussing NATURAL English? If yes, then I would like to watch (and follow) her other videos too.

Thanks,

Tom

She is speaking natural English and appears to be a native English speaker. All the words and expressions she explains are well known and are regularly heard in real life. One or two have a faint whiff of business jargon, but this is to be expected since the topic is "expressions in the workplace".

Oh, except perhaps for "power lunch", which sounds pretty corny and dated to me. I don't know whether it is used seriously in AmE though.
