The use of "Project"

Hello

I would like to know if it is okay to say Project + project name or it has to be name + project, like Project 102 or Project Liberation instead of 102 project or Liberation project. I often hear Project + project name, but when I try to google and see if anyone writes like that, I can't seem to find any example.

Thank you!

The name of a project is written "Project name ". If the name is a number, it can't come first at all, and if it's a word, and you put the name first, you run into problems with the article "the". The form "the Liberation Project" is trying to mean just any project intended to produce liberation, but the capital letter in "Liberation" clashes—is it a name or a description?
