Hi

Would you say this sounds correct? Aren't they the same things?
There is a possibility of his return, but not a probability.
Thanks,

Hi Mr. Tom, No, many things are possible. I could win the lottery at the same moment I am struck by lightning while at the same moment a meteor lands on the Mount Everest.

  • Tom, No, many things are possible.
  • I could win the lottery at the same moment I am struck by lightning while at the same moment a meteor lands on the Mount Everest.
  • That doesn't mean it's very likely, and it's extremely improbable.
  • When you say something is possible but not probable, it means it's not totally impossible, but it's not likely to happen.
