The use of "perception"

Hi

Do you find these sentences natural? Any suggestions are welcome.

After the accident, her whole perception of travelling by car changed.

The way her boy friend treated her changed her perception of 'True love'.

Thanks,

Tom

They look fine apart from a couple of minor things. "boyfriend" is one word, and there is normally no need to capitalise "True" or use quotes. It may be possible (poetically, for example) to portray true love as a universal concept that has attained the status of a proper noun.
