The use of "nothing doing"

Hi

Could you please tell me if "nothing doing" means "certainly not" and is natural in expressions like:

You coming?

Nothing doing.

Are you hungry?

Nothing doing.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi, Your first example is OK but with the one below, I do not think it will go well because "doing nothing" is used to refuse to do sth. Mr. Tom Are you hungry?
