I want to say 'that situation make me nervous' in another way

Can I say
'I am nervous with that situation'

Is "I am nervous with that situation"  absolutely incorrect ? 
But I can say "I am angry with him"

What is the difference?

I suggested 'in' because a 'situation' is normally a surrounding atmosphere, not a catalyst.
