The use of "Jingle"

Hi

Many dictionaries describe the word jingle as:

"the (gentle) pleasant sound made by..."

Personally, I find the jingling of keys or coins to be very unpleasant. Would you say that the following sentence is natural?

He was irritated by the constant jingling of her keys on the golden keychain.
