The use of "in a while"

Hi

Would you say that all of the following sentences are alike in principle?

I'll get back to you in a while.

I'll get back to you in a short while.

I'll get back to you in a little while.

Hi, Yes. I don't hear 'short' much any more like that. What I hear with 'short' is 'I'll get back to you shortly' .

I don't hear 'short' much any more like that.

What I hear with 'short' is 'I'll get back to you shortly'.
