The use of hence

Hi

Could you please tell me if the use of hence is correct and natural in these sentences?

He told them he was swimming in the nearby creek hence the nudity

She was very hungry hence the frustration.

I had been travelling the whole day hence the fatigue.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi Tom

The only one of your three stand-alone sentences that strikes me as a good usage of "hence" is the third one. Maybe additional context would help the other two.

You can use "hence" to mean "that is the reason for ________".

The word "hence" very often introduces a sentence/clause/phrase:

- I had been traveling the whole day. Hence the fatigue.
