The use of comma

People who work for big companies sometimes have to transfer to
remote places, occassionaly abroad.

1) Is my way of using " , " grammatically correct?

2) I've just paraphrased this sententence. It'd be a great help if you could take a look at it Emotion: smile My students are not sure about how to use commas, so I want to create a sample answer which doesn't include commas.

(Sample answer) People who who work for big companies sometimes have to transfer to distant places. In some cases, they have to move abroad.
